At Petal & Pup, we want you to love your new look, but we understand that sometimes the fit isn't perfect. We offer returns for store credit within 30 days of delivery for all full-priced items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Choose Refund Method

  Select store credit to receive a digital gift card for the full value, or opt for a direct exchange for a different size if available.

• 3.
  Package and Label

  Securely pack your items with original tags attached and print your pre-paid shipping label provided by our portal.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location; once received and inspected, your store credit will be issued within 5-7 business days.
